The resort runs live music, wine tastings, and food trucks on its own schedule, which groups are welcome to build into their itinerary. Fredericksburg itself sits minutes away, with more than a hundred wineries and tasting rooms, historic Main Street, and the National Museum of the Pacific War, all of which make easy group outings.
All RVs must be currently registered and in good condition, and are inspected on arrival. We do not accommodate tents, pop-ups, A-frames, truck campers, or converted buses and trailers. Units 10 years or older require management approval before booking — worth raising with your members early if your club runs older coaches. Maximum occupancy is five registered guests per site and no more than two pets. Quiet time is 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and generators are not permitted.
