Some stays are longer than a weekend. Whether you are wintering in the Hill Country, working a contract nearby, or between homes, Lantern Oaks offers monthly and seasonal sites with a 30 day minimum. Long-term guests get the same resort the nightly guests get: heated pool and spa, pickleball courts, fitness center, clubhouse, secure laundry, and fiber internet at the pedestal. Big rigs are welcome. What changes is the rate structure and a few practical things that matter when you are here for a season rather than a night.
Monthly guests have full access to the heated pool and spa, pickleball courts, fitness center, clubhouse and lounge, putting green, and dog park, plus free WiFi throughout the resort and fiber internet at your pedestal. Live music, food trucks, and resort events run on the same schedule for everyone.
A secure laundry facility is located in the clubhouse and available to all guests.
Packages are accepted at the resort office. Include your site number on anything shipped to you. Mail is not held or forwarded after departure, and the resort does not assume liability for package delivery.
Guests may bring their own golf cart with a licensed driver, proof of insurance and a signed waiver. There is no monthly golf cart fee. ATVs, dirt bikes, go-karts, and minibikes are not permitted anywhere in the resort.
Management will confirm how many vehicles your site allows, and additional parking may be available for a fee. Street, grass, and vacant site parking is not permitted. An extra trailer such as a box trailer, car hauler, golf cart trailer, or utility trailer can be parked for a daily fee provided it fits entirely within a standard parking space and clear of the fire lanes. Cargo trailers and watercraft cannot be kept at your site, but storage is available nearby for a fee.
Because Lantern Oaks holds a resort standard rather than a park standard, the site appearance rules are enforced and they matter more the longer you stay. Outdoor furniture is welcome on your patio or behind your rig. Screen rooms and canopies are allowed if they are well secured and kept neat, and outdoor storage should be avoided. Management may ask you to remove any item that doesn't meet resort standards.
Quiet time runs 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, generators are prohibited, the speed limit is 10 mph, only professional mobile washing services that bring their own water may wash RVs, and trash goes out front between 8:00 and 10:00 AM for collection.
All RVs must be currently registered and in good condition, and are inspected on arrival. We do not accommodate tents, pop-ups, A-frames, truck campers, or converted buses and trailers. Units 10 years or older require management approval before the reservation is made. Maximum occupancy is five registered guests per site and no more than two pets.
