When you book a site or tiny home, fill out a form or contact us, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, travel dates, RV details and any notes you send. Payments are processed by our booking provider and payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on this website.

Calls may be recorded and transcribed, and recordings may be analyzed by our service providers (including AI tools) to improve guest service, booking accuracy and our marketing. The phone number you see may be a tracking number that forwards to the resort.
