Lantern Oaks offers three levels of full hookup RV sites at 3255 South State Highway 16, all on hard surface pads with fiber internet at the pedestal and free WiFi throughout the resort. Every level accommodates large rigs, and pull-through options are available in both Regal and Lux. The difference between the tiers comes down to location, patio surface, and shade. There are 141 sites in all, including canopy-covered Regal sites and Canine sites with private fenced dog runs. Rates start at $67 per night and vary by date.
Our premium tier. Regal sites sit closest to the clubhouse, pool, and pickleball courts, with 20, 30 & 50 amp service for larger coaches and higher equipment loads. Sites are available as back-in or pull-through, finished with a concrete patio, and several offer additional tree coverage. Social sites are available in this tier for guests traveling together. Rates start at about $103 per night.
Lux sites offer the same back-in and pull-through flexibility as Regal with 20, 30 & 50 amp service and a hard surface patio. Social sites are available in this tier as well, making Lux a strong option for two or three rigs traveling as a group. Rates start at $69 per night.
Classic sites are back-in only with a hard surface patio, fiber at the pedestal, and full access to every resort amenity. Rates start at $67 per night. If you are looking for the most straightforward way into Lantern Oaks, this is it.
Social sites are facing lots that share a common outdoor area, available in the Regal and Lux tiers. They are built for two or more rigs traveling together who want their own sites without losing the shared space between them. For larger groups and rallies, we handle block reservations separately.
All three site levels accommodate large rigs, including Class A motorcoaches. Pull-through sites are available in Regal and Lux, sites are hard surface or concrete, and every site has 20, 30 & 50 amp service. If you are travelling in a forty foot coach or longer, call the office and we will put you on the right site.

Lantern Oaks is built for RVs and motorcoaches. All units must be currently registered and in good condition, and they are inspected on arrival. We do not accommodate tents, pop-ups, A-frames, truck campers, or converted buses and trailers. Units 10 years or older need management approval before the reservation is made. Maximum occupancy is five registered guests per site, and no more than two pets.

Yes. Monthly rates require a minimum stay of 30 days. Monthly stays are paid by the month, and there are no refunds for leaving early. Guests may also bring their own golf cart with a licensed driver, proof of insurance and a signed waiver.

Yes. Pull-through sites are available in both the Regal and Lux tiers. If you have reserved a Lux or Regal pull-through and your RV and trailer fit fully between the fire lane boundaries, they can remain connected on the site. Otherwise, extra trailers can be parked for a daily fee.
Yes. Free WiFi covers the entire resort, and every site has high-speed fiber internet at the pedestal with wired ethernet available.
Check-in is after 1:00 PM and all guests register at the office on arrival. Check-out is before 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee. The resort is fully gated with electronic access after office hours.
